Where the flavour comes from
Purple Punch pairs two West Coast favourites. Granddaddy Purple supplies the grape: a ripe, jammy sweetness that fills the room when the plants are handled late in flower. Larry OG adds lemon and orange peel with a little OG fuel underneath. Cured properly, the two settle into something closer to grape candy or a blueberry muffin than to the usual kush funk.
The colour is real, but it is not guaranteed. Granddaddy Purple carries the genetics for purple, and the plant shows it most when nights run cooler than days in the last part of flower. Keep a room warm around the clock and many plants finish green, with purple only on the sugar leaves.
A short, bushy plant with heavy tops
Expect an indica frame: broad dark leaves, short gaps between nodes and side branches that try to catch the main stem. Left alone it builds one fat cola with a ring of smaller ones below. Top it once early in veg and tie the branches outward, and it fills a tent with a flat canopy of even tops instead.
The flowers pack tight. That is good for bag appeal and bad for airflow, so thin the interior before the flip and strip the spindly growth on the lowest third of the plant. Those lower sites rarely become anything worth trimming.

How to grow Purple Punch
These are feminized photoperiod seeds. The plant stays in veg while it gets 18 hours of light and starts flowering when you drop to 12 hours on and 12 off, so you control the final size: flip a small plant early for a crowded tent, or veg longer to fill a bigger space.
Humidity is the thing to watch. Dense buds hold moisture, so bring the room down in late flower and keep a fan moving air through the canopy. Outdoors in most of Canada, a greenhouse or covered spot gives those tight colas a better chance through a damp autumn than an open garden bed.
