What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

FREE Shipping with orders over $99. Tracking is included for all orders placed in the United States. Tracking is available for Canadian order upon request (additional charges may apply). We have discrete packaging and deliveries which costs $10 flat rate for all orders under $99.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Credit Card, Paypal, E-Transfer, Cash, Venmo and Zelle Payments. Take a look at all options at checkout and see what payment options give you free seeds on your order!

How long will delivery take?

Delivery will take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. We only ship within North America.

How secure is shopping at The Seed Pharm? Is my data protected?

We go the distance with your browsing and purchase being secured by HTTPS with 2048 bit encryption. We delete all of the transactions on our site regularly.

What Currency will I be charged?

If you are in the USA your charge will be in US Dollars.  If you are ordering from Canada your charge will be in Canadian Dollars

What exactly happens after ordering?

When we receive the order you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order. We process the payment and then send out your product in discrete packaging. Then you will receive an email to confirm when your order is shipped.  All orders are shipped out within 24 hours.  Please note that if you do not see your email, check junk email or spam in case our email has gone there. Thanks!

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

If you want you can log into our secure site and check in on your order.

Where do your Seeds come from?

We collaborate with many top breeders all around the world. We work tireless to create our own genetics as well as Each breeder we buy from are tested and hand selected to make sure our customers receive the best quality seeds.  If you are looking for breeder information, please send us an email and we can let you know where your strain of interest comes from.

Seed Germination and Replacement Policy

At The Seed Pharm, we strive to provide high-quality seeds to our valued customers. We understand that successful germination is crucial for a positive growing experience. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have developed the following seed germination and replacement policy:

 

Seed Germination Process

Follow the provided germination guide for best results:

Step 1: Pour some spring water or distilled water into a bowl. Take four sheets of paper towel and soak them in the bowl of water. You will need two sheets to produce a top and a bottom.

Step 2: Place the first two soaked sheets folded together and wring out excess water before placing the paper towel on a plate.

Step 3: Place your seeds on the wet paper towel that is on the plate. Space the seeds apart with tweezers, about an inch apart.

Step 4: Cover your seeds with another soaked paper towel that has been wrung out to eliminate excess water. You will have a plate on the bottom, the first set of paper towels on the plate, seeds on the paper towel, and now cover the seeds with the new wet paper towel.

Step 5: Take another plate and cover everything so that you have a plate on the bottom and one on the top.

Step 6: Place your plates with the seeds inside, and the paper towels somewhere dry and warm. Make sure it is dark as well. The temperature should be about 21°C or 70°F. Leave it like this for 1 to 8 days. Some strains can take up to 2 weeks to show a tap root, so be patient as it does take time. Check the seeds daily and make sure the paper towel does not dry out. You may spray more water onto them to keep them moist.

Step 7: When you see a tap root, you are ready to plant. Ensure that you plant 5 mm below the surface when planting.

 

Seed Replacement Guarantee
To qualify for our seed replacement guarantee, customers must follow the germination process described above.
Customers are required to document each step of the process with photographs, as this documentation is necessary to validate the guarantee.
We guarantee a minimum germination rate of 90% for all our seeds.

 

Validating the Seed Replacement
In the event that the seeds fail to germinate despite following the prescribed process, customers can request a replacement.
Customers must contact our customer support team within 5 days of the failed germination attempt to initiate the replacement process.
The customer support team will guide customers through the necessary steps to verify the unsuccessful germination and initiate the replacement.
Please note that the order date must not be older than 3 months, as seeds are considered perishable items.

Please note the following important considerations:

Our seed replacement policy only applies to seeds that have been properly germinated following our germination guide.
The replacement policy does not cover seeds that have been damaged or mishandled after the germination process.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the appropriate growing conditions, including temperature, light, moisture, and nutrients, for the germinated seeds.
