Critical Purple autoflower seeds come from indica stock crossed with ruderalis. The ruderalis share is what makes it autoflower: it starts to bloom by age, not by day length. The rest of the plant is pure indica in habit, with wide leaves, a thick main stem and buds that stack tight along every branch.
Where the purple comes from
The colour is a pigment trait that shows when the plant meets cold late in flower. Critical Purple carries it, but it needs help. Indoors, let the lights-off temperature drop in the final stretch. Outdoors, a crop that finishes as the first cool nights arrive often colours on its own. In a warm tent the buds may stay green, and that changes nothing about the harvest.

How to grow Critical Purple Auto
Sow straight into the final pot. Give it a mix that drains well, and water around the edge of the pot rather than drowning the seedling.
Ten to eleven weeks is on the longer side for an autoflower, which gives it a little more time to build size. Use that window for gentle low-stress training early on, then leave it alone once flowers set. The label rates it easy, and it rewards a steady routine more than tricks.
Indica buds this compact need airflow. Strip a few large fan leaves from the middle of the plant around mid-flower and keep humidity down toward the end. Expect about 350 to 450 g/m2 indoors or 200 to 300 g per plant outdoors.

Just finished growing two Critical Purples in a 27″x27″ tent. Each plant yielded 260 grams. A half kilo with two plants in a handful of months. Both plants were a little different but both did really well and took a few mistakes in stride.
