Death Star was first grown in Ohio, where Sensi Star, a compact indica, was crossed with Sour Diesel. Sensi Star gives the plant its structure and resin; Sour Diesel gives the fuel. The aroma is diesel and skunk with a sweet, earthy base, and the cured flowers add a creamy note and a little citrus.
It is a pungent plant, and the smell stays in a room long after the flowers are put away. Fit a carbon filter before flowering starts.
Compact and resinous
With 75% indica on the label, the plant stays compact, with broad leaves and dense, frosty flowers. The Sensi Star side keeps the internodes short, so this autoflower suits a small tent or a hidden corner of the garden.

How to grow Death Star Auto
Sow straight into the final pot and run 18 to 20 hours of light every day. There is no flip: the plant starts flowering on its own after a few weeks of growth, and the label gives 8 to 9 weeks of flowering. Keep the first feeds light and increase them once pistils appear.
Gentle training early helps open the plant. Bend the main stem over in the second or third week so the side branches catch up. Dense flowers need dry air at the end, so keep humidity down and a fan moving. Outdoors, put it out after the last frost and harvest in summer.
