Blue Dream became a West Coast standard for good reasons: it grows hard, it is forgiving and it smells of ripe blueberries. Its label names the cross as Blueberry x Haze, 60% sativa and 40% indica, with THC at 20%. Blueberry gives the fruit and the colour in some plants; Haze gives the vigour, the stretch and an herbal, spicy note underneath.
This is the autoflower version. It moves into bloom on its own as it matures, so the lights can stay on the same schedule from the first leaves to harvest.
A vigorous, stretchy auto
Blue Dream Auto grows more like a sativa than a typical autoflower. It puts on height fast, branches freely and keeps stretching into the early weeks of flower. That vigour is an advantage if you guide it: more branches mean more tops, and the open structure lets light and air reach the middle of the plant.

How to grow Blue Dream Auto
Sow directly into the final container. From the second or third week, start training: bend the main stem sideways and tie it down, then keep tucking the tallest shoots outward as they grow. By the time flowering starts you want a flat canopy of tops instead of one central spear. Do not top it late; late topping costs an auto days it cannot get back.
Feed lightly early on and increase through flower. Haze-leaning plants burn at the tips if they get too much. At 9-10 weeks of flowering it is a little slower than many autos, and the final weeks add most of the weight.
Outdoors in Canada, sow once frost has passed. In the warmer regions it finishes in late summer, before the autumn rain.

Does Blue Dream Auto need a light change?
No. Like any autoflower it flowers with age, so indoors one light schedule works throughout.
How is it different from feminized Blue Dream?
The genetics are the same Blueberry x Haze cross. The auto adds ruderalis, so it flowers on a fixed timeline; the feminized one only flowers after a 12/12 switch and can be grown bigger.
