Berry and cheese
Cheese strains carry a sharp, savoury, slightly sour funk unlike anything else in a grow room. Strawberry Cheese puts a ripe strawberry note on top of it. On the living plant in late flower the funk dominates; after a few weeks of curing, the berry comes forward and the cheese settles underneath.
Managing the smell
Cheese-family plants are some of the hardest to hide. Run a carbon filter from the start of flowering, keep the tent under negative pressure, and if you grow outdoors, pick a spot well away from the neighbours.

How to grow Strawberry Cheese
Give it a few weeks of veg, top once to spread it into several colas, and switch to 12/12 when the canopy is even. Expect a moderate stretch after the switch.
Keep humidity in check in late flower, since the buds are dense and hold moisture. Strip the lowest growth before bloom and keep a fan moving air under the canopy. Outdoors, in a full season, the label puts it at about 500 g per plant.
Dry slowly in the dark and cure in jars. The strawberry note needs that time to come through the cheese. If you want more berry and less funk, harvest when most trichomes are milky rather than amber, and give the cure a full month.
