UK Cheese is famous for one thing: a sharp, savoury smell like aged cheddar, with earth and a sour, fruity edge. Crossing it with an Afghani gives Big Cheese a sturdier frame, broader leaves, denser flowers and heavier resin, the traits Afghan plants were selected for over generations of hash making.
The result keeps the funk. Expect pungent aged cheese first, then earth and a fruity sweetness in the cured jar.

How to grow Big Cheese
Veg under 18 hours of light, then switch to 12/12. Because the plant stays compact, a sea of green works well: several small plants flipped early, each running one main cola. Alternatively, top a single plant once and spread four main branches under the light.
Odour control comes first. Fit a carbon filter before flowering starts and check it is sized for the tent. Late in bloom, lower the humidity and keep air moving around the dense flowers. Outdoors, choose a dry, sunny spot or a greenhouse; the label lists around 300 g per plant.
