Lowryder brings together three lines with very different backgrounds. Northern Lights #2 is a classic indica prized for resin and a tight bud. William's Wonder is an old, heavy indica known for thick colas. Mexican ruderalis adds hardiness. The mix gives a sturdy, practical plant with dense buds.
Aroma and buds
The nose is earthy and sweet, with a lemon note that becomes clearer as the buds cure. Most of the weight sits in the top cola and the upper branches, and the buds are firm and resin-coated, a trait that comes from the Northern Lights side.

How to grow Lowryder
Lowryder feminized seeds give female plants, so none of your plant count goes to males. The strain label lists a medium height of 100 to 150 cm and 8 to 10 weeks of flowering.
Give it a well-draining mix and moderate feeding. The indica parents make for dense flowers, so open the plant up: remove a few large fan leaves from the centre and keep air moving, especially in the final weeks. Gentle training, tying the main stem to one side, spreads the canopy without stressing the plant.
Outdoors in full sun, a plant can give up to 500 g. Choose a sheltered, sunny spot and keep the buds dry late in the season.
