Grape, by design
Grape Ape combines Mendocino Purps, a Northern California purple line, with Skunk and Afghani. The Purps carry the colour and the fruit; Skunk and Afghani add vigour, resin and a shorter, stockier frame. The result is an indica-dominant plant that stays small and colours up late.
Its smell matches the name: grape candy and sweet berries over damp wood and earth. The fruit gets stronger, not weaker, through a slow cure.

How to grow Grape Ape
Grape Ape barely stretches after the switch to 12/12, so you can veg it close to its final height; the label gives 60 to 100 cm, which makes it easy to keep discreet.
For the deepest colour, let nights run cooler than days in the final weeks of bloom. Keep the buds dry while you do it: tight indica flowers and cold nights together raise the risk of mould, so run a fan and keep humidity low. Outdoors the label gives about 500 g per plant.
