AK-47 is one of the best-known hybrids anywhere, a blend of four landrace regions: Colombia, Mexico, Thailand and Afghanistan. AK autoflower seeds are our autoflowering version of it. The strain label lists it at 65% sativa and 35% indica, so the plant leans sativa in shape while the Afghani side keeps the buds compact.
Four regions in one plant
Each parent adds something you can see. The Colombian and Mexican lines give height and vigour. Thai genetics add narrow leaves and a sweet edge. The Afghani side builds the resin and a dense, rounded bud. Together they make a balanced, sturdy plant that handles small mistakes better than most.
Aroma
The smell is sweet and earthy, with a woody, slightly sour note when the buds are broken open. It is noticeable in late flower but not as loud as a diesel or skunk strain.

How to grow AK Auto
Because it is an autoflower, AK Auto flowers by age, not by day length. Sow it into its final pot, keep it under the same light schedule throughout and avoid transplanting. It is a forgiving plant, which makes it a good first auto.
Use gentle low-stress training to open the centre. Feed lightly early, then moderately once buds form. The strain label gives 8 to 9 weeks of flowering.
