Returns

All sales are final. Cannabis seeds are a living product that cannot be inspected, verified or restocked once they leave us, so we do not accept returns or exchanges, and orders are non-refundable.

What we do instead

• Seeds that do not germinate: covered by our 90% germination guarantee. We send replacement seeds.
• Damaged, incorrect or missing items: tell us in live chat within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We resolve it with a replacement or store credit.
• An order that never arrives: delivery is guaranteed. If it has not arrived within 30 days, we resend it once, free. See Shipping.

Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are packed. Contact us in live chat as soon as possible.
