A savoury selection
White Truffle is a phenotype pulled from Gorilla Butter, the cross of Peanut Butter Breath and Gorilla Glue #4. It was chosen for an aroma that goes against the candy trend: earthy and savoury like truffles or mushrooms, with black pepper, a faint garlic note and only a hint of citrus. Gorilla Glue adds diesel and heavy resin, and Peanut Butter Breath contributes the nutty, savoury depth.
The flowers are dense and frosted white, which explains the other half of the name, and some plants pick up purple on the sugar leaves.
Indica-dominant, medium-sized
The label lists it as indica-dominant at a medium 100 to 150 cm. It grows sturdy with short internodes and tight flower clusters and does not stretch much after the flip, so it suits a standard tent. The trade-off for dense flowers is airflow: keep the canopy open.

How to grow White Truffle
Veg under 18 hours of light and switch to 12/12 when the plant reaches about two-thirds of its intended size. The label gives 9 to 10 weeks of flowering, a little longer than many indica-leaning plants, so do not cut early because the pistils have turned; check the trichomes.
Top once and spread the branches under a net. Remove crowded inner growth before the third week of flower and keep humidity low toward harvest. Outdoors, the long bloom means a mid-October finish in southern Canada, so a greenhouse is safer in wet regions; a good season gives 400 to 600 g per plant.
