Gushers is part of the Gelato family. Its parents are Gelato #41, one of the most sought-after Gelato cuts, and Triangle Kush, a Florida kush known for its gas. The name comes from the fruit snack, and the comparison is fair: a flowering Gushers plant smells sweet, fruity and creamy.
Fruit and cream with a little gas
The fruit and cream come from Gelato #41. Triangle Kush adds an earthy, fuel-tinged base that keeps the profile from being pure candy. Cured buds are dense and frosty and often show purple tints on the sugar leaves.

How to grow Gushers
The strain label lists Gushers as tall, 150 cm and up, which surprises growers who expect a compact Gelato. Flip it to 12/12 before it reaches half your available height, and top it in veg so the stretch goes into several colas rather than one.
A net or trellis helps. The buds get dense and heavy, so thin the inner leaves in mid-flower and keep humidity low as harvest nears. Feed steadily; Gelato crosses like a consistent diet more than heavy doses.
Outdoors in a warm, sunny season a plant can give about 550 g. In most of Canada an indoor or greenhouse finish is the safer plan. The Gushers grow guide has more on its genetics and training.
