Haze, made heavier
Original Haze is famous for its spicy, incense smell and notorious for its long, airy flowering. Chronic is the opposite: a compact, high-yielding line with dense buds. Big Haze sits between them. It is sativa-dominant, with the Haze's long internodes and spear-shaped colas, but the buds fill out thicker than a pure Haze. By the last weeks the colas are long and heavy, with orange pistils standing out against a thick resin coat.
Aroma
Incense and spice lead, the Haze signature, with a sweet tropical edge and some pine underneath. The smell builds in the second half of flowering and carries, so a carbon filter is worth running indoors.

How to grow Big Haze
Sativa-dominant plants stretch, and this one does. Leave headroom above the canopy and spread the branches with soft ties so the colas finish level. Heavy, resin-loaded tops benefit from support late in flowering.
Haze genetics prefer a lighter feed than indicas. Start low, raise slowly, and watch the leaf tips for burn. The label gives 8 to 9 weeks of flowering, a medium 100 to 150 cm, and about 500 g per plant outdoors.
Haze-heavy plants often keep pushing fresh pistils near the end. Go by the trichomes rather than the hairs: when most heads have turned milky, it is ready.
