Skywalker OG with a Rare Dankness twist
The name follows the Star Wars theme of its Skywalker OG parent. Skywalker OG brings the kush side: earth, pine and a spicy, woody depth. Rare Dankness #1 adds sweetness, which shows up as a grape note when the jar is opened. Break a flower up and the earthier OG character takes over.
The plants vary a little in colour as they ripen. Some stay deep green; others pick up purple or reddish tones, especially when the final weeks bring cooler nights.
Short, dense and discreet
The label lists it as short, 60 to 100 cm, and it grows compact with tight nodes. That makes it one of the easier autos to keep out of sight on a balcony or behind a fence, and several plants fit comfortably in a small tent. The flowers are small but dense and heavy for their size.

How to grow 501st OG Auto
Germinate in the pot it will finish in and run the light 18 to 20 hours a day from start to finish. A short auto has only a few weeks of growth before it flowers, so avoid anything that stalls it: no transplanting, no topping and gentle feeding for the first fortnight.
Because the plant stays low, open it up rather than holding it down. Tuck the larger fan leaves under the branches so light reaches the lower sites. Outdoors, plant after the last frost; a sunny spot gives around 400 g per plant, and the longer-season provinces leave time for a second run.
