$100 OG Feminized Seeds

About $100 OG

About $100 OG

$100 OG suits a wide range of growers, which is most of its appeal. The genetics are a 50/50 hybrid that leans slightly toward the Indica side, and the balance shows: it hits both mind and body rather than committing fully to either. THC tops out at 24%, so the effect has real weight behind it, and many growers report a happy, energized feeling that works well going into a busy day rather than at the end of one.

The aroma does not hide. Skunk, diesel and pine come off these flowers with enough force to fill a room, which is worth knowing before you decide where to grow them. On the palate it turns friendlier, with earthy tones cut through by tangy notes and a berry sweetness that reads a lot like blueberry.

Growing $100 OG Feminized Seeds

These are photoperiod feminized seeds, so the plants hold in vegetative growth until you cut the light cycle to 12 hours. That gives you direct control over final size and, by extension, final weight. Veg longer for a larger frame and a heavier return per plant, or flip early to keep things compact. Growers who want to maximize what a single plant produces have the runway to do it here.

Feminized also means no sexing. A lot of cultivators, beginners especially, do not have the patience to go through a tent identifying and pulling males, and skipping that step both simplifies the process and protects the harvest from accidental pollination.

The pungency makes indoor cultivation the sensible default. Give the plants room and run proper carbon filtration, because this is not a strain you can grow discreetly on a balcony. Once they are inside, the usual photoperiod toolkit applies: topping and low-stress training during the extended veg period will open the canopy and spread the light across more bud sites instead of one dominant top.

What to Expect

• Flowering time: around 9 weeks
• Yield: 285 to 340 g at harvest
• Environment: indoors, with odour control and space to spread out
• Difficulty: straightforward, though the smell demands planning

Nine weeks in flower is a standard OG timeline and there is nothing to be gained by cutting it short. Watch the trichomes, hold your nerve through the last two weeks when the aroma peaks, and $100 OG finishes with the kind of dense, resinous flowers the lineage is known for.
