A Dutch classic with a Haze heart
Super Silver Haze was built in the Netherlands in the early nineties by crossing Skunk #1 and Northern Lights into Haze. The Skunk and Northern Lights side tightened up Haze's long, airy growth, and the Haze side kept the aroma. This autoflower adds ruderalis so the plant flowers on age.
The smell is citrus and spice over sweet incense, with a skunky base from the Skunk #1. The silver in the name refers to the frosty trichome coat on finished flowers.
A long auto, planned accordingly
Most autos finish quickly. This one takes 10 to 12 weeks of flowering on the label, so it is the auto for growers who would rather wait for a bigger, more Haze-like plant than squeeze in an extra run. Indoors that means more time under the light; outdoors it means sowing as soon as the frost risk has passed.

How to grow Super Silver Haze Auto
Sow straight into a large final container, since the long run builds a bigger root system than a quick auto does. Keep 18 to 20 hours of light a day throughout. The plant stretches like a sativa in early flower, so give it headroom and bend the main stem early to keep the tops level.
Feed moderately and watch the thin leaflets for tip burn, the first sign of overfeeding in Haze lines. Outdoors, plant out in late May or early June for a harvest before the September rain; a sunny spot can give up to 800 g per plant, according to the label.
