Named for the weight
The name is about the flowers. 9 Pound Hammer stacks dense, heavy colas that pull the branches down late in bloom, under a thick layer of trichomes. Gooberry brings sweet grape and berry, Hells OG adds earth and fuel, and Jack the Ripper contributes lemon, lime and some vigour. In the jar it reads sweet and fruity first, with citrus and flowers behind.
This version is an autoflower, so the plant moves into flower with age rather than waiting for longer nights.
An indica-dominant auto that stays manageable
Roughly 80/20 indica, the plant grows broad and compact, with wide leaves and short internodes. It is not demanding, which makes it a sensible auto for a first outdoor grow. The main job is support: the weight of the colas can bend side branches late in flower.

How to grow 9 Pound Hammer Auto
Germinate in the final container and keep 18 to 20 hours of light daily from start to finish. Bend the main stem early to open the plant, then leave it to flower; the label gives 8 to 9 weeks. Add a small stake or soft ties around the heaviest branches by mid flower.
Keep the pot evenly moist rather than soaked, and feed lightly early on. Dense flowers need airflow, so remove the inner fan leaves that block the centre. Outdoors, plant after the last frost; the harvest lands in summer, well before the autumn rain.
