Tropicana Cookies Purple is citrus with colour. Tangie gives it a sharp, sweet orange smell, the kind you get when you peel a tangerine. Girl Scout Cookies adds a peppery, doughy depth and tightens the bud structure. The purple-leaning version carries strong pigment, so the buds often finish a dark violet.
Why it goes purple
The purple is genetic, carried in the anthocyanin pigments of this line. Cooler nights in late flower deepen it. Kept warm the whole way, some plants still colour while others finish green with purple sugar leaves. The orange smell is the same either way.

How to grow Tropicana Cookies Purple
Tropicana Cookies Purple feminized seeds grow photoperiod plants, which stay in veg until you shorten the light to 12/12. A short veg gives a small plant for a closet, and a longer one builds a bigger frame. The Tangie side stretches after the flip, so leave headroom.
Top it once and tie the branches out. The Cookies side makes dense calyxes, and dense buds need airflow late in flower. Feed at a moderate strength; it does not like heavy nitrogen once flowers start.
Outdoors it gives about 500 g per plant in full sun. Across most of Canada a greenhouse or an indoor finish is safer for a photoperiod of this size.
