Bubble Gum is a strain named honestly. Walk into a room where it is drying and the first thing you smell is bubblegum: sugary, fruity and a little floral, with strawberry and a faint sour edge underneath. The line started in Indiana and was worked on for years by growers who wanted that candy smell to come true from seed.
What it looks like
The plant is compact and branchy, with buds that form tight, rounded clusters rather than long spears. Some plants show pink or purple tints on the pistils and sugar leaves late in flower. The resin coat is generous, and the candy smell is strongest when the buds are fresh.

How to grow Bubble Gum
These are feminized photoperiod seeds, so the plant keeps growing while the days are long and flowers when you switch to 12/12. Bubble Gum does not stretch much, which makes it easy to fit in a tent. Veg it until it fills most of the space you want, then flip.
It handles topping well. A few main colas on a short plant give a cleaner harvest than one top with lots of small popcorn buds below. Feed moderately and keep an eye on calcium and magnesium; fruity strains often show leaf spotting when they run short.
Flowering takes 8 to 9 weeks. Outdoors, a vigorous plant can reach up to 600 g, and an indoor start followed by a move outside in late spring suits much of Canada.
